Delete your Fennel account

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the mobile app

Open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete account and confirm.

From the web app

Sign in at myfennel.com, then open Settings → Account → Danger zone and type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (email, display name, sign-in methods)
• Your selected conditions, nutrient targets, and preferences
• Your food diary, hydration entries, and symptom history
• Your custom foods, recipes, and survey answers
• All sessions on all devices

If you own a Family household, the household and its shared food library are removed too; other members keep their own private data. Server logs (IP address, request timestamps) kept briefly for security expire on their own schedule as described in the privacy policy.

Can't sign in?

Email support@myfennel.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
